Still no luck with my veritable crusade against the Swedish tax/customs/postal system. It’s sad. Gremlins:SE arrived in the mailbox without any taxes though, but that was pretty much a sure deal. Me: 1, Customs: 1. It petty, I know.

I kinda messed up with the Business Card project. Since I’m not so familiar with real-world ™ and paper layout I showed up with RGB graphics instead of CMYK and waaaaay too low resolution. All the gfx that I processed with photoshop came out with a 72dpi resolution. It never even crossed my mind. Yeah .. I know .. spot the stupid webmaster in a crowd of designers and desktop publishing people

Furthermore I selected the screws for the MediaBOX top hatch. Might seems like not much of an ordeal but it is important stuff, trust me. You know the old chinese proverb: “a steel box is no better than the design of the screws”. Freely translated of course.
The model of choice became the M6 allen screw (hexagona) with extraordinary environmental protection. The problem now is that each layer of steel will only be able to hold ONE full thread circle. But it will work. I think …
