Regarding the undeclared Djangos package (Mortal Kombat, Demolition Man): It pays off to be persistent. Not only did Djangos compensate me for their error (gift cert. if you remember), today I also received a formal reply from the Customs dept. Simple enough, they are refunding both the tax (51SEK) and the logistics fee (63SEK). I have to admit I’m a little shaken by this. I never saw that one coming. Wow.
Maybe they have been overwhelmed by the spirit of Xmas already
