Work: I thought this would be the last final day at work but I was asked to come back for another week. That is something that few would turn down. Especially if you’re really bored and have nothing planned for ages. Plus it is honouring to have earned that kind of reputation. Plus I get paid obviously .. so duh!

Ambitions and adventure: Pergard is touring China. What a surprise. And how anti-me isn’t that? I should really get my priorities straight and do something .. anything. I feel more and more like a cranky old man with nothing to do but to lash out at the world around him.
I am envious I suppose, not so much of the destination as of the effort.

The week in downloads: About 19 GB.

Media: Stargate SG-1 and MacGyver mostly. No change there. Dug into Ah! My Goddess and Juuni Kokki just to kill some time. Seems the anime treasure chest is far from empty. Both series are highly recommended.

Hardware: Still looking around for a DVD-R burner and a digital camera. Both are technologies that I consider to be in their infancy so you’ll have to excuse my slow advance. Still looking for the golden mean here. I’ll elaborate more when I actually have something to say. Rest assure that this will take some time. Ahhh, decisions, decisions … no matter how pleasant.
It is also time to begin again with the interior design project. No more second thought. No more meddling. I want to see some action.

Progress has been slow as you can see. Nothing else to report on the personal front. And darkness is falling. I think I will take a little stroll in the shadows. Need to clear my mind.
