IKEA# Finally. Although I am a big fan of IKEA this was a bit much. Every damn trip I take is 200km so obviously you don’t want to do that too many times in a week. Fortunately, everything is now present and accounted for. The bed is back and the damaged shelf has been replaced.

DVD MEDIA# Although I still haven’t been able to come to a conclusion about a DVD WRITER I did seize the opportunity to acquire some low priced quality media. DVD-R of course. And I’m not really sure about the quality statement but at least they are way better than the crap you usually at this price. The retailer in question is Swedisc and the model is Ritek G04 DVD-R 4X. I payed like $39.98 for 20 discs (free shipping). You’ll be hard pressed to do any better in Sweden at this time. At least if you want a 4x disc that is actually good for 4x. Hopefully. From what I gather they have been tested with the NEC 1300 drive and seem to work to spec.

GAMES# A demo of Homeworld 2 just appeared. Certainly one of the most anticipated games of the year.
