I must have been in a coma last week because I missed the release. That’s what you get for not being on the notify list. Hmm. Here is a list of new features:

- New powerful fulltext search and improved search keyword highlighting
- Some new skinvars
- The admin area now has a navigation menu on the left side
- Extra plugin functionality
- It’s now possible to use a custom database table prefix
- XML-RPC implementation of Movable Type API and new metaWeblog methods
- Bug fixes and other improvements

If you want to set up a blog I wouldn’t think twice about. Go NUCLEUS. Movable Type is for cgi/perl pansies.
