Finally received my order. All set and better equipped for the winter than ever before. Lets bring it on. All I need now is a new pair of gloves. Probably the Hestra Eagle. Also, I got a pair of Garmont Synchro GTX. Not my first choice for a boot but I was tired chasing the past.

As with all things these superficial acts do have a more serious undertone. Every action has a history that builds on the stacked experiences of a (short by still) lifetime. I can’t help but to dwell upon how and why I decide upon mundane things. There are no coincidences. It’s all an even mix of social pressure, present (fashion) and past (development psychology). Not to forget sociobiological predisposition of course. There are a million variables and questions to every action. I suppose that more than answers, I’m looking for meaning as techniques to control the self. It’s a bit anal, I know. I really should try to live more in the present.

So that is the reason I’m constantly raving on about these routine things. I believe that it is through these events that others can form a somewhat coherent image of a person. At least the best way given the limitations of this medium.
