Was out walking just now to clear my head. Two and a half hours in the woods without another human in sight is a good way to accomplish that. It gives one plenty of time to structure cognitive threads that have been nothing but loose ends for the last couple of weeks. So to speak … reflection. Or reflexive thinking if you will. It is a good practise once in a while. Something that I feel most people either find redundant, are downright afraid of or perhaps oblivious to. It’s difficult to get time on your own these days as technology, media and people intrude on your privacy.
