More Economically Developed Country (MEDC) problem: Unsynchronized toilet paper

Really .. I mean, what a nuisance. Don’t you just hate that. When one layer of a roll of toilet paper is wound and shifted slightly so that it becomes unsynchronous to the other layer and thus doesn’t tear off in quite the same place when you yank it.
