I upgraded the DI-624 router with the latest beta firmware, 2.52 b60 or whatever, and most of my problems seem to be resolved. I.e. no reboots even on default settings. Knock on wood. It remains to be seen whether the wireless workstation keeps dropping out during standby and if Azureus is getting routed properly + packet congestion effects.
