Allium cepa, Allium sativum.
Melissa officinalis / Lemon balm tea. Not bad. Not bad at all. But as is typical for Melissa in this climate, you don’t have enough to “waste” on making tea until early autumn even though the plant is among the earliest to show up after the winter. And of course you need it fresh, dehydrated lemon balm just isn’t the same.
