When I used the Naturomeds.com website to inform the company that I had received unsolicited "H-force" erectile dysfunction medication, the answer I got was "Thank you for informing us of the receipt of your order!"<br /><br />I have informed my credit card companies, cancelled the credit card, filed a report of fraudulent charges, and filed a report with the U.S. Postal Service--and I will do everything in my power to ensure that these people are prosecuted.<br /><br />As for the company representative's contention that someone must have obtained my credit card and placed the order, why on earth would they do so and have the product sent to ME, knowing that it would alert me to the fraudulent charge? When I tried to contact them by phone they don't respond, saying that they are closed. (website says open 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week). I tried to contact them by email, and after many attempts, no reply. (website boasts that they reply within 24 hrs - guaranteed!) What a joke. They charged my credit card but didn't send anything.
